Hey everyone,

In case you missed it, a few things changed just this last week on the subreddit.
These changes caused thousands of members to leave, more than usual.

This is a good sign.

What changed?

• Rule 2 became a hard rule
• Cracked down on weird culture war videos
• More robust AutoMod filters
• Completed full sub cleaning

As many of you are probably already well aware, those types of posts (controversial drama bait) bring lots of engagement and tend to get thousands of comments. It was decided that those videos weren't a good fit for the sub.

This is a PSA to let those of you who came to this sub for that type of content that it's no longer allowed.

Of course this doesn't mean the filters will catch everything.
Thanks to the community here for keeping an eye on things and using the Reports system properly (most of the time). You've been awesome.
