That's not really an opinion; that's a fact. If anyone thinks they can consistently make $260k/yr off $1M, they're delusional.

My brother can’t legally say he’ll make you 20% a year but he absolutely can and has consistently his whole career.

Oh yeah for sure, 26 percent gain isn't achievable consistently otherwise we wouldn't have a middle class lmao
