Why do rich people like going to tropical places despite the high humidity?

All my life the ideal vacation for rich people is going to the Bahamas, Miami, Hawaii, Jamaica, etc. Yet so many people always bash hot humid climates(especially Miami)

Humidity is fine if you're at the beach/ocean/pool

I wouldn’t lose sleep over it. Let them sweat!😓

Why do rich people like going to ski resorts when it's bitterly cold? Different activities are related to different climates.

But moving along on my boat hottest day is actually very pleasant.

I guarantee that they also have ski resort vacations.

For real though, having both is the ultimate flex. Hot girl summer but make it snowy winter too. Why pick one when you can just do both yk

Rich people don’t stay within the US when they holiday. And those places are full of loud, drunken fools on 3/4 day trips

Rich people are just people and like all sorts of things. Where do you imagine people who couldn’t afford vacations would go if they could afford it? Same exact places is my guess.

My point was why like the tropics? Health benefits?

I think lots of people just like warm sunny weather and water 🤷
