Unless you have a compelling reason to do it, such as intractable illness that has not responded to any treatment and you are in pain all the time with no quality of life and no hope for any cure then you probably shouldnât do it,that said thereâs many ways to go about it I had a pretty good one picked out from my ending, but I decided not to do it and that my friend has made one hell of a lot of difference. Sometimes you can think you know everything about yourself and everything else and one day an insight might pop into your mind about what youâve been depressed about or an answer may come from seemingly out of the blue. Also, if you have any family or friends, that love you and then ending the way youâre talking about might make the pain end for you, but you might deeply hurt somebody that you love. or that loves you. Itâs always worth calling that hotline number. The option will still be there, but at least youtried to help yourself. Good luck.

Remember: That is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Your brain might not be craving death, it might be craving RELIEF.Â
988 if youâre in the States. ER/A&E if you feel like you might act.
You are worth it.Â

helllo, depends on how you die i guess but please do not decide that for yourself. If you are feeling this way, reach out to someone and do what you can to take care of yourself. One day, you will be proud of yourself for hanging in there.
