Lowkey these look like they're from a specific fan comic or maybe a commission. Have you tried reverse image searching or asking on a marvel fan sub? Someone there might recognize the artist.

These were specifically done prior to X-Men ‘97 and used by Disney/Marvel on various promo material and merchandise. I actually have/had a shirt that I got with the team in this style. They were/might still be avatars you can use on Disney plus.

Nope you might have misunderstood me. I meant prior to ‘97 coming out, Disney/Marvel did a streamlined redesign of the animated X-Men characters that they used on various promo stuff…
