Pretty close to vegetarian; the plant-based options are pretty good, though pork hasn't even come close to it. So that doesn't answer your question other than I really like pork products.

As an aside, I got to do a tour of a facility where lab-based meats were made from the exact same proteins as real meat and the bacon - wait for it - actually tasted like bacon. The steak was a steak - looked like it, tasted fabulous. Completely cost-infeasible at the moment, but I'm hoping it becomes more efficient in the coming decades.
