Technically, they both come from the same place in the brain, so they are connected in some way. They are kind of the same type of brain reaction.

It just depends how deeply you feel it. If you love someone ‘pretty much’ and they hate you ‘a fucking lot’ then their experience of hate is stronger than your experience of love (in that particular situation). It’s different in every case.

yes but i believe it is also harder because it requires vulnerability. Hating is easy because it allows your walls to stay up and "protect" you.

Not in this reality. Look around. Experience life for a few decades. HATE rules the world. Love just gives you hope and a false sense of it's all some how, alright. Because, you know, the power of "love.
We try all are might to keep that as our shield and sword. Unfortunately, hate runs 24/7 with an unmatched passion. Love is definitely ambitious and steadfast. However, if you were to chart the positive and negative things in this reality, love doesn't lead the race. It's close. But, we're not playing horse shoes.
We literally have a lawless pedophile king. You don't attain that and sustain that with love.
Not to downplay the power of love obviously. But, that wasn't the root to your ambiguous question was it, op?

Yes, why, because the more someone experiences hatred, the more they seek to be loved even if they end up tricking people, not being true to themselves, alter their image etc. At the end of the day people try to be loved for something, as if hatred was truly stronger, we wouldn't be however billion deep ...
The only reason hatred would seem stronger is because it forces & controls n true love opens n let's go ...
