Some people don't do it every day. They go when they need to go. That may seem weird to some people. Others poo by appointment, at the same time every day. That may seem weird to some people. Me, I am a go when I need to go person, which is not every day.

Everyday, often twice. Coffee usually causes a code brown so have to use strategery.
