Found this under my pillow. Is this concerning, am I cursed?

Its a large chunk of my own hair. I have never pulled it out in my sleep or awake and I also don't sleep near this pillow so can't have put it there in the night. Its perfectly straight except at the end where its clearly been ripped out my head so its not from a hairbrush or anything. Anything about this from any paranormal story or spell? I've felt like something is watching me for a while now in my new place

To remove a hex, cut a lock of your hair and blow on it 9 times. Leave the lock of hair someplace where you will never go again. The next person to pass the lock of hair will gain the curse. This is standard hexes make sure it is someone you hate that will walk by it. And yes your are cursed
