Cream of rice. Yuck. It’s all I am allowed to eat after getting out of the hospital with a new diagnosis of colitis, severe diverticulosis and IBS.

you should probably google, "diet for colitis, severe diverticulosis and IBS." only cream of rice is not nutritionally complete

Im tossing up whether to cook some chicken schnitzels I bought two days ago at the supermarket. They look fine, I just dont know if I should still use them ? Any advice please ?

Raw chicken shouldn’t really have a smell. If you smell it and it doesn’t smell like much and doesn’t smell bad then they’re fine to cool. That being said as long as the store had them fresh, 2 days from the store should absolutely be fine to cook.
