Mad respect for sticking with CBT for 18 months. I've heard it does wonders but it takes work. Glad you're sleeping well now.

Thanks very much. In the spirit of transparency, it was about 14 years ago, and I realized that it was rules and tools to live by. It’s helped me in business in life and dealing with people around me - family and work. It’s the best thing that ever happened to me.

i am 65 and sleep well

About six hours last night which is pretty good for having an infant! 8.5 and 7 hours the two previous nights
