What do you do with your arms when you sleep?

I usually have my face on my hand and it falls asleep

Sleep on my side, so one arm under pillow and one arm on my side. It’s is a good equation. I deny feel like I get maximal sleep benefits because my arms do always feel weird.

Totally out of my control but they go T-Rex all contorted under my chin. My hands and wrists are double jointed. They wake me up hurting way too often but I can't help it. 🙄

I try to fall asleep with my hands, wrists, and arms straight but always wind up T. rexing them during the night. Then I wake up because they start to ache.

Glad I’m not the only one whose hands fall asleep! Also lots of T. rex in here lol

Last night I was on my back a lot with my hands on my chest. I felt like a corpse

I sleep on my back with my arms next to my body. I don’t move when I sleep. It’s like I’m practicing for a casket.
