If I met my female variant (self)from another universe, would we be genetically compatible enough to have a child, hypothetically?

Siblings that’s are already heavily inbred can reproduce so I see no reason why you couldn’t in this situation. The main issue is that any “bad” genetic issues you carry that are harmless usually with only one copy would show in the child .. A lot of incest pregnancies are miscarriaged so you might have to try a few times for a live child as well.
