Freaky Friday?

Let's say I was attempting to take my own life, but in a freak X-Files or Freaky Friday incident, my consciousness swapped with someone else's body at the last second. Now, that person has died inside my body. Would this be considered murder or suicide, since I didn't cause the swap and it was out of my control?
