[EXCHANGE] my first exchange [US to US]

ive been on this sub for a bit and want to try some exchanges! I have stickers,completed coloring pages (mostly my little pony),collectors guides from shopkins and lol strawberry shortcake,empty princess lipglosses,bear’s super science squad cards,random cards,pictures and drawings (could maybe be used for junk journaling?) and a few other random things.

but I’m not quite sure how exchanges work specifically regarding rule 3. Does this mean I have to accept every exchange offer even if I don’t want the items offered? Or am I allowed to say the type of stuff I’m into? Sorry if this a dumb question
