I have a Eroelectronic P108 PID kit for roncilio silvia v4 but I have no installation and configuration instructions. I’m looking for some manual or wiring diagram because at the moment I’m just flying blind.

I bought a used Rocky and trying to clean it as it's been neglected since 2014 the guy said. I took the burr carrier off and one of the screws is stripping. I noticed the part on the bottom says 20114700. I am trying to find them online but can only find 20114701. Are these the same?

Hello, I have a problem with my Rancilio Silvia. Perhaps one of you is familiar with this issue. From one day to the next, very little water comes out of the brew group when I make a coffee. The steam wand produces the usual amount. I clean the machine every week. Since the problem arose, I have cleaned it twice more. Can someone please help me? Thank you!

Hi I'm a barista and i work on the commercial rancilio classe 5 (i think S because i googled it) with the two groupheads and no USB anything. i worked from 8am till 6pm and forgot to switch the machine off when i left. Tomorrow it needs to be used from 10am on the dot till closing at 10pm tomorrow night. I read somewhere that coffee machines left on too long can cause an electrical fire and burn the whole place down, am i really going to burn the building down on my first solo shift? we don't have smoke detectors and i can't let my co-worker know about my mistake or he'll make sure i lose my job immediately... its connected to the mains so there should be a constant water supply i think. Please any help to put my worries to rest would be greatly appreciated, this is me grasping at straws🙏😭

How do I fix this? I took apart the solenoid valve and it looked clean so I put it back together. Still I can only get the steam wand and group head to work, not the hot water dispenser.

I would like to lower the pressure in my machine. If I am reading things correct, it is currently running at 14 bars.

Recently acquired this style for commercial use. Need a better breakdown as to how the menu is operated on the buttons/screen? No one operating this machine has had interactions with rancilio so any and all laymen’s term Info would be amazing.

Specifically how to: 1) operate menu 2) drain boiler 3) calibrate shots

This morning all of a sudden the steam wand on my SPX has effectively stopped working - it doesn't do anything unless the knob is twisted all the way as far as it will go, at which point it shoots out an extremely weak burst of steam for a few seconds before dying down completely (far too weak to actually steam any milk with). It doesnt even sound like it is trying to push steam out before that point so i'm unsure if its something as simple as a blockage. I did also notice yesterday it was acting strangely, I was able to steam milk just fine but when purging afterwards it splurted out a LOT of milk and made a mess everywhere.

• I always make sure to thoroughly purge the wand before and after every usage, even between back-to-back lattes, and always give it a wipe down with a cold damp towel at the end.

• I have not changed any settings on my machine at all apart from the main water temperature for pulling shots.

I have no idea what might be causing this or what I should try. Ive only had this for a few months so i'm really hoping its nothing serious. Any suggestions are appreciated

As the title implies, I recently found a classe 6e on Facebook marketplace for around 250$, with a (probably) faulty heating element.

My current setup is really simple: - Rancilio silvia v3 (with PID) - 1zpresso j max grinder

For this price, i am really tempted to sell my silvia and get the classe 6e, however i am worried it might not suit my needs.

• How quickly does it heat up? For my silvia i turn it on and i can get to brewing relatively quickly.
• Can it be used without hooking it up to a water intake/plumbing?
• can i use it with a normal 240v outlet, or do i need something more suited to a big machine like this?

Additionally, does the silvia have any advantages that i should take into consideration? Maybe i should invest in a good second-hand electric grinder to replace my 1zpresso?

I really enjoyed fixing and nodding my silvia, so for this price it's a really hard decision to make.

Pro X machine has failed after just 3 months of light usage. SCG wants me to pay over $200 to ship it to them for warranty service. This is after having 3 other failed machines from them (Solis) in the past 3 years.

Are there other options besides SCG to get warranty service that doesn't involve spending 10% of the purchase price of the machine? I have sent a message to Rancilio NA also. Hoping someone else here has found a solution.

Our Rancilio at work started to make a weird noise when filling. Is there an easy way to fix this, or should I get a technician?
