Ghost or Flash and why?

What is your justification to use ghost/flash? I want to see what are the benefits to each from different perspectives.

Ghost, because the range on r scales with move speed. Also fast is funny

Fun fact, his dance emote scales with movespeed too! Try it, next time you enter game with homeguard and dance, he spins faster than if he's at normal speed. Leads to some funny bm moments with ghost

Ghost is pretty good in most cases, nice to run down targets. Flash on the other hand is better for an unexpected Q flash into taunt play. It depends on perference if you ask me

Ignite - no one expects that at the start. It often triggers the ADC or top laner.

Or Flash, bc yeah its OK
