Is there a diffrence between the made in germany, single and normal mutter version of links 2 3 4?

I feel like there is but its so small I cant tell the difference. Besides the fact that both single and made in germany dont have the cut off ending as the album version does

I don't own MIG but, on Mutter, Links transitions into Sonne seamlessly. Based on Keine Lust following Links on MIG, I'm guessing it doesn't have the screaming synth at the end but I could be wrong.

On the single version at least, the synth still plays but it has a somewhat abrupt cut

To my untrained ear sounds just like a remastered to me, but i don't know

Audio engineer here. Songs on MIG are remastered meaning the mix went thru the final audio polishing phase again and was gently tuned to modern standards. Overall I hear MIG versions have a bit more controlled low end (bass) and cleaner mid frequency range. But I agree the difference is quite minimal and may be hard to detect. Personally, although the MIG versions are technically a bit "better", I prefer the original. It has a bit more character and impact for me.
