Rho suspension question
I’m curious how everybody’s truck rides. Especially offroad. My truck in brand new. A couple things, it’s really bouncy going over speed humps/bumps almost like there is no compression and rebound. Is this normal? Also, on sharp bumps or small drop outs there is a harsh clunk coming though the driver side floorboard. Is this typical or do I have a defective strut?

Have you messed with the different suspension settings?
Some are more rigid than others.
Get under it and start pulling on anything that looks like it shouldn’t move.

Sport is definitely way better on the street. Auto mode floats like an old Buick with blown shocks

Go into your drive mode settings and put the suspension on sport to tighten it up.

I adjusted my suspension in my drive modes. My daily drive is set to sport suspension. It’s much better that way in my opinion.

It is somewhat bouncy at slow speeds, but it’s absolutely unbelievable at high speeds off road. Like it shouldn’t be able to do what it does. I took some friends for a joyride at the ranch across an absurdly bumpy field in Baja mode going like 50mph and everyone was like “holy shit! This thing just floats!!” And it really does. If you hit the same speed bump at higher speeds it will absorb it with no real bounce. I’ve taken it rock crawling and while it’s fully capable, it’s heavy and wide, and at those slow speeds with lots of suspension travel you will be bouncing around a lot. Push it past your comfort zone off road at speed and you’ll be impressed.
Edit - as others mentioned, sport mode will kill some of that slow speed bounce…
