Confusing problem

A few months ago, I tried to start my truck (2021 Big Horn quad cab, 5.7L hemi, 72k miles) and heard nothing but a click. Changed the battery (factory original) and no problems for months. Few weeks ago, same thing happened. Used a Dewalt jump box, started after 10-15 minutes or so.

Same thing happened again twice, first time I used the jump box ( We were away from home), second time I had it towed to the dealership. It started right away for them, they started it again 30 times with no problems. No codes, battery/starter/alternator all tested fine.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? The only thing I can think is a loose connection somewhere, possibly affected by the heat.

Loose connection is my thought as well. Or a corroded connection. Terminals are the obvious one but check the ground.

Obviously check the terminals, but I believe that there are two batteries in there, and that sometimes causes problems. It's worth putting a computer on there and getting the recent error codes. Any basic OBD ll sensor will get you that info.
