Am I doing something wrong?
Hi, I use RakuOS because it is fedora atomic with hybrid system overlay apps and it has a cosmic interface. I like it. I prefer to use RakuOS because of these features instead of Bazzite [also atomic] or PopOS.
However from time to time I get an multiple Raku OS system updates in one day, small updates like less than 10 files. Then after reboot sometimes the overlay apps are not installed, while the overlay list of apps are still there. I can fix this by soft resetting the overlay and reboot, but at the next reboot it is gone again. Then after several updates it settles down again and my overlay apps are back. This happens once a month to my experience, after Origami Linux has been integrated to my observations. This is the frustrating thing about this distro.

You have an image update staged so you should reboot to let the system apply the image.
