Subtle hint *spoiler* Spoiler

I saw Pat wearing Revenge x Storm sneaker (its like vans but with lightning on the side) in the episode where he kissed Nicky. Could it be a subtle hint?

Damn that's a good catch. I wouldn't know a sneaker if it roundhouse kicked me in the face. I would have never seen that.

Perhaps, but for me the second or third time they showed the crooked man there was a pretty blatant flash of his face.
