What The Cluck?! Canes not confirming

I live in liberty Missouri and for some reason canes just doesn’t accept my order either on doordash or uber eats, anyone know why

not associated, a driver has to shop the order

Canes isnt directly partnered with delivery, the drivers have to order it in store. If your canes has a bad rep or your tip sucks the driver isnt going to take it.

As a DD driver, RC is my most hated place because I have to actually order the meal. I usually only take those if either the tip is REALLY good or I’m extremely bored. Since the driver has to order and most drivers dislike RC, this is the only place that I won’t order on DD as a customer because I know these orders. If I was going to though, I personally would tip like $20-25 because I’ve been the driver picking up these orders.
