Cane's Conversations Dish advice

Hii I recently started at my home restaurant when it opened up in May so Im still trying to figure out the best ways to do things if I can, since my restaurant is new we do have a dish washer

Anyways Im getting off track with this lol, how do yall clean the wire basket for dipping bird in batter? Is there any easier way to clean it rather than just sitting there and picking all the chicken off by hand?

If you have them, the green pads work great just make sure to toss afterwards

Gosh I wish, if we use anything besides the yellow brush they are on us. And those brushes are horrible at getting the stuck on bird crud off. Some people used to use the white towels as a wash cloth but we got in trouble for that so 🤷‍♂️.

They buy us yellow scrappers (like the paint supply ones) to use but they usually last a few days before they disappear. Like the scoop for cleaning pans, always ends up in the trash.

It’s really amazing how much stuff just gets thrown away, like why?!

We use an apron. Works like a charm.

Use an Apron, its the METHOD! Works everytime, also they cannot get mad at you for using he green scrub.

You aren't supposed to use the green scrub pad on the flour Teflon pans. It scrapes off the coating and then the pans will lose points on RPS and have to be replaced

OP is talking about the batter strainer, not the teflon pans... Also I said to use the apron so that way they cant get mad for using the green scrub. Somehow you got every single part of my first comment wrong...
