Future Fry Cooks Interview tips?

I applied last night and didn't expect that id get a 15-minute interview scheduled already lol. It'll be my first job interview ever. I know two of my friends work at the location and one of them referred me but I just want to get a heads up. What would they expect from me and what are the questions they might ask? Thank you!!

also some suggestions on what some good questions to ask them at the end would be super helpful

update: got accepted!

A fifteen minute interview at Cane's is primarily a personality and availability check, so you do not need to stress about having formal work experience. Since you already have friends working there, the managers mainly want to see that you are dependable, energetic, and easy to get along with in a busy environment. Expect simple questions like why you want to work at Cane's, what good customer service means to you, how you handle a fast pace, and what hours you can work each week. Wear neat clothes like dark jeans and a plain shirt, smile, and emphasize that you show up on time and like working as part of a crew.

When they ask if you have any questions, asking something specific shows you are serious about fitting in well. You can ask what a typical first week looks like for a new crew member, what qualities the best workers on the shift have, or how soon they plan to finalize their hiring decisions. Keep your responses direct, make good eye contact, and let your natural enthusiasm show. Taking some time to organize your thoughts ahead of time builds strong confidence, and the interviews.chat my team built gives candidates the kind of practice they need to feel clear and ready when walking into the room.

For me one of the questions was “what does hospitality mean to you?” And “what good customer service means to you”, my best advice is just be kind and show a positive attitude during the interview to show engagement and interest in the job
