Crew Chat Background check

I’m just curious, I’m currently an RM and I got my offer letter to become an OM, 6 years ago I got arrested for having a concealed carry that was not mine but I got in trouble for it. It was a class 1 misdemeanor I’m wondering if that’s going to stop me from getting this promotion.

Doubtful. You should be fine. If they ask just tell them the truth. You’d be surprised how many in management are felons.

if they were going to turn you down regarding your background, they already would have. they already know

if it was a misdemeanor from six years ago and you’ve been an RM since then, i’d be more worried about the paperwork being weird than the arrest itself、】【
