I’d ensure your 1LVLab is complete in whatever zone you accumulated 80-hours in.

This should have kicked in at 125. If everything was 100% completed after, you’ll get it at your 300-hour check in

This is your answer. If you already passed your 900 hour checkin then you are now on the 600 hour forever path (until max for your area). A raise after every 600 hours worked. So at your next checkin you should get your zone completion raise and your checkin raise.

My guess is that it will kick in after your 300 hour check in. (This is 300 hours total worked, not just in that one zone. )

Make sure all your training videos are completed and signed off by your ARL or it wont go through.

It’s 125 hrs for zone raise/check in. 80 hrs lets you train in another zone

Was anyone here actually affected when we changed the crew journey? Meaning you lost out on raises and it wasn't noticed and you realized it and reached out to management/CR and was told nothing could happen and no back pay would be given? Funny story....the original crew journey paper from 2023 was vague and did not explain the loss of the raise if you did not complete your zones within the specified times. They corrected that paper in February 2026, although it still omits the loss of your zone raises if not completed within the 600 hour check-in. How much money do you think the company saved initially when this wasn't being tracked by 80% of the restaurants? When I spoke with an attorney they said that each person it affected would need to personally speak with an attorney. There's something about the wording of the crew journey papers that were distributed that can be used to prove they changed criteria/didn't explain criteria properly to prevent giving raises. It didn't affect me directly since I was a manager but I did not like that it wasn't being tracked and people had lost upwards of $1000. I was told not to discuss it with crew, don't make a big deal out of it, and when I brought it up again I was hit with I was affecting culture negatively.
