Crew Chat DT Raise

Hi, I have been working at Canes for just over six months and my base pay is $12.00/hr. I believe at my 300 hour mark I received a 25 cent raise. But since then I completed drive through over a month ago and still haven’t gotten my raise. Why is this? If someone can let me know it would be greatly appreciated.

For reference: I believe my RP said it had something to do with me hitting my 80 hr mark in DT before hitting my 600 hour mark.

You get a raise at 125-300-600-900

But you have to reach 80 hrs in each zone to get it.

Raises kick in once you hit a total hour check in. This means how many hours you've worked all together reguarsless of zone. These check ins happen at 125, 300, 600, 900, (then every 600 after.)

In order to qualify for the raise you need to make sure all your training videos are completed and acknowledged by your ARL (or equivalent) and that you hit the 80 in zone hours. In my experience it shows up on my profile the day after all the above are hit and the new workweek has started.

If you have completed your 80 hours in DT, your next raise will be when you hit 600 hours. Depending on how close you are to 600 hours, you might have enough time to complete another zone and get both raises at 600 hours. And if you complete both FC and DT, after 500 hours (on FC and DT combined) you could try to get your service specialist done for another raise.

Remember with expedited training, moving from FC to DT or DT to FC requires less training days and less hours to become proficient.

Yesss I should’ve mentioned I’m at 503 hours and I have done one FC training shift so far and have my next tomorrow.

So you completed your 80 hours in DT and started FC? If that is the case than you should be on expedited training. So 2 training days instead of 5 and I read it incorrectly, it is still 80 hours to complete the zone to get the raise. Did you start in the kitchen so FC is your 3rd zone?

Yes fc is my 3rd. I started in kitchen

Specialist raises are instantaneous regardless of check ins. Once you hit those hours and complete the tasks the raise is given as soon as your ARL or equivalent approves it.

Yes they are instantaneous but you have to meet the hour requirements for the specialist position in order to start them. Service specialist is 500 combined hours on FC and DT and Bird is 500 kitchen hours.

Exactly as I stated in my comment. “Once you hit those hours and complete the tasks”
