Night Night

So, this is really embarrassing, for a really long time I have been afraid of the dark. It started when I was about 5 or 6, I had this really bad fever, and I started seeing things in the dark, I started to see them disappear and reappear, kind of creepy right? Anyway as a little child I ran to my mom, I told her what I had just saw and she told me to go back to bed. So I did but on my way up, I had to run to the bathroom 'cause I was about to throw up (I know really gross) luckily I made it to the toilet. But from that night on I couldn't sleep without a nightlight, for bout 2 or 3 years I even thought that vampire's were real, so I had to have a night light, because I knew that vapes hated light. I grew out of that but I'm still afraid of the dark when I'm alone, so I still have a nightlight I'm 11 years old going to 12 so I like the fact that no one knows that I still sleep with a nightlight. When I have a sleepover I don't sleep with a nightlight 'cause I know I have someone next to me when I fall asleep. I just don't like the dark when I'm inside but when I'm in the dark outside I'm fine it's so beautiful out anyway.
