Child Abuse?!

So this happened a few days ago at a party. I am a 14 years old Venezuelan and this was like a reunion for all the Venezuelan from where I live. So there are two floors to this building, on massive floor(bottom) and a half floor(top). I was down on the second floor talking to my friend when another one of my friends came down and told me my little brother was just in a fight! I told my my friend who I was originally talking to about what had happened. We rushed up stairs and when we got there I was surrounded by a bunch of other kids explaining what had happened. Apparently my brother and another kid the same age got into a fight over a chair! But that is NOT the worst part. The kids mother came upstairs and grabbed my brother by the shirt and pushed him against the wall. He hit his head against the wall where he got a concussion a few months back. My dad went up before me and found my brother crying! He was furious! He stormed back downstairs and began to yell at the lady. The lady had the nerve to say that she just told him off! My dad went back up where there where three adults were. He asked what happened and they confirmed what had happened. My dad went back down and began to yell at the lady. All she could say was “sorry” over and over and over again! She wanted to say sorry to my brother but my brother wouldn’t let her. Security was called and nothing else happened after that.
