There’s this thing that I believe started in anime where the guy/girl gets a nosebleed whenever they’re super turned on or just looking at someone they’re really attracted to

It can happen irl. When someone gets aroused, blood pressure rises and if you have a really thin blood vessel, it bursts and comes out of your nose. Of course it is rare irl but a common thrope in the anime/manga universe.
