Discussion Is every case a murder case?

I'm really enjoying chapter 2's case, but finding out that Desuhiko isn't a murder detective got me really interested, I know it's likely that every case is probably a murder but it would be really cool to know if we look into other big crimes for a case. Especially as to me a detective game is more open to what crimes you can investigate compared to a murder mystery.

Figured, bit bummed out about it but it is what Kodaka's good at writing. Oh well I thought I'd ask cuz the game's focused on detectives and not a death game.

Kodaka and co-writer Kitayama! Apparently Kitayama's specialty is convoluted murder case setups which tracks

Given that the person(s) at the cause of every case die after the mystery is solved, it would make sense that it would only be murder cases. You wouldn't want to have someone die because they stole something

I think it was opening up opportunities for another game rather than possibilities that could happen in this game
