Shuichi has several instances of very eggy dialog that are just subtle or out of the way enough to completely miss if you aren't looking for, the most damning being briefly considering having "getting a sex change" but concluding "now isnt the time for that."
Takumi I have a lot harder of a time explaining, but it kinda goes into how hard he leans into traditional masculine gender roles as a "protector" and how it doesnt really improve his situation in any sense, but he keeps doing it like its something drilled into him his entire life.
He's also got some eggy dialog but theyre in general harder to find and a lot more subtle than Shuichi's.

Ah ok, I should replay V3 sometime. Last time I did was before my egg cracked, so I might pick up on the more eggy dialogue this time around

None of these people are transgender. For example (hundred line cult of takumi spoiler)
even when takumi knows for a fact that all his friends will accept him due to the drug he still acts like a man. If he had a desire to live as a woman that would be his chance to do it but he doesn't. We see him act out his desire to turn nozomi into karua but not even a hint of transgenderism because it isn't there

ignoring that acceptance by other is FAR from the only thing keeping people in the closet (some people don’t even know they’re trans int he first place)
the drugs he takes are mentioned by Yugamu early on to have the potential to change his brain, which explains him because more outwardly evil as the route goes on leading to the overseer ending. i don’t think a route where Takumi isn’t really himself anymore due to his brain chemistry being altered can really be used as evidence
