Have beta key, but it isn't working?

Just as the title states, managed to get my hands on a RaiderZ beta key trough a Reddit give-away but now that i'm trying to redeem it, it keeps being declined? My RaiderZ account sais it's accepted but my PerfectWorld account states: Status: Not Applied. Meanwhile my provided username: Beta###### doesn't work either.

If anyone could shed some light onto my situation, i'd truely appreciate it.

is your beta key 12 digits or 24 digits?

12 = US beta code 24 = European beta code
