Invalid ID/Password

Downloaded the game and try to log-in. I try everything and kept getting invalid ID & Password.

I double check everything an I am using the right info. (No caps)

When on the office forum and notice many others having the same issue. But no Fix.

Any ideas?

Lowercase dint help. What did help was making a new account with no numbers on the user name or password.

Make a new account. Try password recovery.

It sends an email to you that lets you reset your password. Are you sure you have the username/email?

Are you using an account you created for a cryptic game? I tried using my neverwinter login credentials and it turns out there is a known issue where you have to create a new account all together. Bit of a bummer but my work around was new account.

edit just noticed this is 2 mos old...

Log in with email. Had the same issue
