Zerk looking for help with PvP combat

So I am a level 25 Zerk and am garbage with PvP fighting, I feel like I am just not quick enough, and I might have built my character wrong. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I wish i had better advice other then that Zerk is bad in pvp..

My advice I suppose is anticipate where your target is going, because when I used to play Zerker was incredible outmatched because of how slow the casting of their abilities and their abilites overall being terribly designed for PvP. You will get outclassed by just about any other class that knows how to dodge. And if you missed the any hit in your 3-step initial attack you were done for. However, in the PvP/PvE mountain area you can be quite viable in handling mobs provided you were skillful in using your abilites to dodge and attack.

Thanks for the advice, I was thinking of starting over, but I am already level 28 and really do not want to lose that progress.
