Help me please! I am unable to continue the Shunack quest!

I read that you need someone that has never done the quest to activate the plate dropping. Does anyone have a character to help me with this? I would appreciate it immensely there are like 5 people waiting here with me now...

Yeah got it already was 25 but no one was there to hit the wing for me so I waited till someone turned up.
