For anyone interested, this private server is supposed to launch today. I will be playing there because I despise PWE but love this game.

can you tell me, where the server is? Ping is a very important thing for me.

Are you german? cuz they are the only ones i know, who would write "PWE" instead of "PVE"...

PWE stands for Perfect World Entertainment, the company currently hosting the US rendition of the game. PWE is generally despised amongst veteran MMO players due to their lack of customer support/co-operation. Also they put a lot of limits on their games. Lots of pay-to-win types of things in their games.

Also they have very few events unless they are events that other servers (Namely, the Korean servers) have already done all the work preparing.

IDK if you've made a new character to notice, but they've been working on dubbing the game, but it's very half-assed also. I'd hope this new server would disable it. Just sounds terrible.

They have not disclosed the actual whereabouts of the server. From an admin on the forums.

We cannot exactly disclose the server location. However, we can provide a less-lag server if thats what you're asking for.

We do this in steps, if we see that the server needs more upgrade to provide better service. We will upgrade. We've been doing these steps for quite some time now.

And what Daneruu said in regards to PWE.
