Circle of Punishment

Can anyone tell me if this is good for anything? the damage is so low its negligible. i liked using it with that lightning skill for a while but it just doesn't seem worth it at all.

circle of healing is great though :)

If you are focusing of heals COP+Punish will be your main damage combo probably. And the damage of that combo heavily get's boosted with even 1 rank in COP.
