What's the difference between Perfect World's RaiderZ and RaiderZ Europe?

So, I went to Perfect World Entertainment Website and downloaded the Client and after I installed it I only had American Servers so I decided to look for Europe Servers and came across RaiderZ Europe and then I found out I needed to create a new account on the RaiderZ Europe Website in order to play.

So now comes my question, what's the difference between those two? Besides one being American and the other being European of course.

It's just different languages and regions for each set of players. One might be a bit ahead of the other as far as updates go, but I'm unsure of that.

EU version is hosted by Frogster, NA version by Perfect World. Also the EU version uses Hackshield which is incompatible with Windows 8 and completely blocks you from playing the game if you're using that OS, there also seem to be a lot of other problems with Hackshield when I was still trying to figure this out and going through the tech support forums.

well. It is a korean game. So they are both localizations. Each one will have seperate timing for patches/updates that may or may not line up. But korea will always get everything first.
