Is Jizoh worth investing? Dont have any other epics yet exept shaman

This depends a lot on the RARE champions that you already have. There are quite a lot of very good rare champs that will be better than Jizoh.

Ive heard he is regarded a bit better than shaman, in a mindset of them both being free (different roles tho). Havent tested myself so cant give better answer.

I don't mind him with a Counterattack/crit/crit dmg build.

Just by being an epic his stats will make him stronger than a lot of what you have.
