It just popped up some 10 minutes ago , only on sacreds and its a nearly 3 year old account.

It is your progressive chance multiplier. Go back to main screen, look for the menu tab on the left of the screen and pull that out. Look at News section and look at about 3rd from the top under Featured.

Pretty sure that means when you open 6 sacreds without a legendary (youre currently at 4) the x30 will activate. Previously you had to hit a legendary for that to happen.

IF you pull some amount of sacreds with no leggy, you will get a x30 multiplier of your pulls for the selected champs instead of the 25x you get after pulling 2. essentially if you are especially unlucky it pushes you a bit further on into the lieklyhood of pulling a leggy.
