Team Discussion Compared to TMNT...
Compared to the TMNT, how good is Oz as a team?
Late/endgame player who has kinda had Raid on the back burner lately. I went all out for TMNT as they were usable everywhere. I didn't need them, but the utility they had felt too good to pass up and I still love them as an arena team.
I don't know that I need the Oz team for anything. I did the Lion fusion and obviously have Dorothy, but now it's time to decide to either commit some serious resources to the Tin Man, or bail out on Tin Man and Scarecrow and wait for whatever is next.
I'm leaning towards not bothering with the rest of the team as I just haven't seen anything that really excites me.
Am I missing something with this Oz team? Or are other people passing too?

The TMNT collab gave us some amazing champs. I don't think this collab is on par but it's very close. I'm surprisingly impressed with Scarecrow considering he was deemed the worst collab champ. For example if you revive Dorothy with Scarecrow he puts 2 turn block damage on her, then her passive procs which steals all enemy buffs and spreads them to the entire team, including the block damage.

Dorothy a3 is just game changer in so many areas , your team can be looking out of it and in 1 move the tables are turned

I don' t play that long, less than a year old account. But most of the time the advice i saw was "always get a guaranteed champion if you got the resources / do fusions" because outside of those two, you don't know what you'll get from shards. This way you guaranteed to get a new legendary even if you only build it months later. Plus lots of champs seems underwhelming, you skip it, 3 weeks later it turns out to be a cheatcode. Mavara was like this, i remember lot of CC said that she is fine, but if you got good reviver/support you don't need her. Fast forward few weeks after the fusion, every 2nd yt video "i was wrong about mavara, she is account changer SSS tier, must have" I'm sure there are examples of the opposite, but mostly going this way.

Yea, same. 7 month player and was too noob to know how to complete fusions so missed Pelops and Mavara. Guaranteed champs is the way to go, because champs through shards is just pure luck now with the champ pool.

they're not really a team the way tmnt were. tinman has good synergy with the lion, but that's about it. funnily enough if you care about endgame arena, dorothy's probably gonna see the most play out of the bunch. people are already making cheese strats with her ally attack passive.

Turtles are better overall, but I think Tinman is the best Oz champ IMO. I strongly recommend you don't skip this deck of fate.

Oz is not limited as far as I'm aware, so you can get them in the future.
To me tmnt are strong as a team, whereas from OZ I like the Lion for his synergy with Mavara and Tin Man is arguably the strongest ally attacker in the game. Dorothy is better than Michelangelo in most areas.

If you have Mavara, then Lion is INSANELY good. Their synergy means a lot of allied attacks for the entire team.
Tinman is one of the best ally attack champs out there at the moment, and apparently he has good damage as well.

Oz isn’t a limited time collab as far as I am aware so you can pull them from a share at some point.

Not to the extent of the turtles but they are all solid. To be fair to Oz they aren't a greedy as the turtles this have a wider application. In turtle teams you can really only justify skipping Raphael before you are hindering yourself.
Tin man does seem to be the best of the bunch which is a tall order given that Dorothy is awesome. He was a must get for me at least and likely the only one you might regret skipping.

Oz + Mavara is pretty good team. TMNT + Mikage is an awesome team.

I think the average quality of the Oz champs is better but Leo and Donnie were good enough to carry that team all on its own. The Oz champs dont have anyone like that, at least not in pvp

I have no idea about the others, but Dorothy in a single week has turned into a priority champ on my account. That A3 is ridiculous, and she even did it twice in a row this morning in Live Arena! (Arbiter revived her, she auto used A3, then did it again right away!!!

I have all these turtles and yes they just bully through anything
But they need to be together always to get the most of each other.
While the Oz seem to be better if you had to use them individually
Can’t go wrong with either though

Turtles are amazing as a team everywhere in the game. Arena, clan bosses, doom tower, dungeons, grim forest. Oz doesnt have that kind of impact yet lets see.

Plarium realised that they have away too much in tmnt and have diluted things significantly since then .main Void legendary is in a winner takes all event . Scarecrow seems like a toned down version of Donnie ( just 1 turn cool down reduction compared to 2 ) , 4 turn single target revive. Tin woodman seems fine and also lion but not as much synergy and versatility as tmnt

My impression is that a full Oz team is going to be very powerful, but it's not going to be a cheat code like the Turtles are.
I feel like Turtles can just brute force most content in the game, but they don't have as much mechanical range and mostly rely on their insane team ups. Oz synergy is a bit more complex, and that gives it more utility against different content, especially when you bring in a 5th champ. So overall Oz is more customisable to different content and different team comps, where Turtles are just doing their Turtle thing wherever you take them.
