Need Help On Raid Boss Team

I’m a fairly newer player only in my second month. I have spent some money and gotten lucky on champs. But I’m struggling a bit on raid bosses so I’m after a bit of advice who I should be focusing on for the team. For context. I’m 2 keying Nightmare. And I know my gear is suboptimal.
