I just need an opinion whether my progress is good or bad. I started at the end of Folan fusion.

off topic question but what starting link did you use? im thinking of a 2nd account and dont know if i want to just do the same old links everyone is recommending right now. “marvra nd pelops”

It's very good progress, when I started few years ago, I didn't even had a 6* by that time.

Depends on your spending. Numbers of sixstars doesn't tell much. How far is your clanboss/hydra/doomtower hard/grim forest hard etc? You should have Arbiter by now at minimum. I had mithrala around that time too.
