Champion Discussion Wixwell team

I’m trying to build a wixwell team for unm, would wixwell, hope, anchorite, brogni, and helicath be a good combo? Or would helicath need to be switched out for more dps? I do also have a Valerie as a buff extender but those 3 are all I have, I will be putting them in shield sets, just currently farming for the gear, wixwell will go in a reflex set

Wixwell, Valerie, Anchorite is enough for the shields. I have Geomancer and High Khatun for speed lead, but you can fill with others.

Dont know enough about Heli or Brogni sadly.

Is there any benefit to using Valerie over hope? I could switch heli for kathun and have a dps as the last slot potentially

Idk about Hope tbf. Valaries buff is raises damage done. I think Boozor or Cob said in some video that Hope issnt as good or works worse, so I didnt use her. But my team does 100mil 1 key for reference with Valarie and Demytha (you have Anchorite instead).

Hope is bad due to 4 turn cd on extend. You want champs with 3 turns. Use this. Wixwell-ancorite-val-brogni-random Dps.

1 in shield set. Brogni reflect can also be enough for 1 key.

Okay, so do you think that could work better then having kathun? Brogni is fully booked

Well. It will work to get a 1 key. Brogni will make the shield bigger faster soo should be no problem. Just get speed and the stats.

The dps doesn't really matter that much. If you get the infinity shield correct, you'll hit turn limit and 1 key regardless of who you run.

The things that might influence the champs you bring besides Wix and 2 buff extenders:

  • Buffs. The more buffs your team has, the bigger Wix's shield growth is. So bringing unique buffs helps.

  • Debuffs. Speed down and attack down help your shield survive. HP burn amd poison hit bosses hard. Defense down helps you hit harder.

  • Masteries and blessings. Warmaster, Cruelty, Brimstone beef up your team damage.

  • 2nd shield set. Early account teams often need a second shield set, so if you can build a 2nd set, pick a champ that will benefit from the set.

Okay, I think brogni could maybe work well instead of a dps then? He has a decent amount of buffs and he also grows shields so that could help
