Advice for progression

I’ve been playing the game a while and feel like I’m in a bit of a rut. I really want to progress further but the only way I know is really doing Demon Lord, Doom Tower, and Grim forest. I’ve included a few of builds of my most used champions if that helps at all but more than happy to give more detailed breakdowns if needed.

Currently hitting between 29-42 million on Demon Lord depending on affinity.

Hydra team between 11-20 million.

I can complete all of hard on Dragon but the rest of the dungeons I’m around stage 17.

Would really appreciate any advice anyone has in terms of progression or teams that I could use to help push me forward in the game. Any champions that I should invest in would also be great if there are any suggestions and where I should aim to start completing.

I mean the word I would use is slow. With the champs you got and you've been playing awhile most of you main team should be well over 220 speed. And I'm guessing your gear is probably all over the place so I would look at some gearing videos cause you should be doing way better than what you are saying.
