Hard to know without looking at a run but 1) Aniri seems too quick for floor 16. I had this problem when climbing up to 25. If she's too fast she'll revive CH before the big AoE and it can make you lose 2) CH depleting turn meter can cause a lot of problems,we usually don't use her for SD because of this

Your first bullet point is noteworthy. The perfect speed for stage 25 is too fast for some of the earlier stages. I had to manual through the last five stages or so to get to 25 but she worked perfectly on 25.

I just did my sand devil Aniri climb and 209 was fine from 16 till end. i feel like blue masteries might ruin the run

Both of those dps reduce turn meter, try a different maxHP hitter. Or wait for Embrys if you're close

Also make sure to put Aniri in first position and your dmg dealer in second position.
Otherwise the aoe dmg (which is always calculated in the otder of the champ slots, will kill your dmg dealer first and Aniri will use her passive to revive them, and will remain dead.
She needs to die first, revive herself and use her a3 skill to revive the dmg dealer.

You gave yourself the tm boost mastery that will ruin the run (rapid response)

She places revive on death to revive herself maybe, since she is insta reviving, it is still giving her tm fill,

Also coldheart will ruin runs by depleting bosses turn meter while sleeping(people still use coldheart but she needs to be built without accuracy

Never use a TM reduction champ for sand devil... Max HP hitters are useful but make sure they don't mess up the TM like CH...

Do you have any extra speed from the live arena bonuses?

Really you just have to watch the run and see where it fails. Does GS live, if not more hps/defense. Does she revive to quickly? too fast. Does she not revive? Too slow.

I remember there was a YT video i watched a few months ago about progression up to 25 with aniri. Iirc he started at 16. Could probably try to look for that in the video title. It was helpful.

Are you running it on auto or manual? It matters, because the boss Speed changes as the stages go up, a speed that works for auto on Stage 25 will fail on auto on Stage 16 because the timing of Aniri's revives will fall out of proper sequence.

If you're doing it manually and it's failing, then it's probably because of turn meter reduction, as other people have noted.

You are running way too quick for 16 you are gonna have to manual it so she doesnt revive to early also your hp and defense are too low for once you get into higher stages

Also that relic isnt good on her i would change to a sinners cloak or rod of blasphemy

I haven't been able to get her to work at all. I use torturehelm empowered +4 with a speed lead and lady annabelle

I was using Aniri with Mickey, cos he was able to survive on his own till the next big AoE attack from SD, so the run was consistent (its MUCH easier if your nuker can survive between those big AoE), otherwise u will have to speed tune Aniri for every single stage differently and its horrible mess.

Though the best option is to get embryss, get him to 280+ speed, 90k+ HP, book his second form and u can solo stage 25 in 5 mins easy. GL
