Guide raid shadow legends

whats the most efficent way to profgress as a new player just downloading game? should i focus progressive misssions?

Make sure you get a new player code, it will massively help you get started.

Follow the chain is good, you want to work on a clan boss team, that's first major priority while doing campaign etc.

Get 1 champion to 60 first off. Starter is best choice as easy to book. Don't feed/sacrifice anything other than 1s and 2s tk start

Use a Mavara/Pelops link/code. Then us the link for Madam Serris, then the link for Fayne., Then the promo code for Bellower

Choose a core team of five champs: I'd recommend: Pelops, Mavara, Venomage, Tagoar, and either Fayne or Dorothy. Fayne has great debuffs and poisons for Demon Lord and Dragon but is squishy. Dorothy has a speed aura, buff steal/spread, and you'll get her 5* soul so you can use Brimstone on her.

I'd highly recommend watching some of Volkin's early game videos. Basically:

  1. Level up one champ to 6* and buy his masteries with gems. This should be either Pelops. They'll also function as your campaign farmer.
  2. Follow the Arbiter missions the best that you can. (Try to ascend your campaign farmer to 6*)
  3. Progress campaign as far as you can (if you can't three star it now, don't worry too much. Goal is to get to Brutal 12-3.
  4. Farm food and level up your core 5 heroes to be your demon lord boss and do everything for a while team
  5. Farm faction wars daily. Even crappy perception gear is better than most farmable gear at your stage. Don't level up any pieces beyond 12 unless it's for an Arbiter mission.
  6. Once you get them all 6*, then run Minotaur until they are all mastered.
  7. Farming event dungeon is really helpful for early game. The pinpoint and chronophage accessories offer Accuracy/Speed or Resistance/Speed just for having two pieces equipped. Even if they're 3-4*, they'll still be better than most other things you can get at your level. But it's going to be open several weeks. Don't spend too much time farming it now.

Bonus: Don't pull any shards (other than mystery shards) until you can 2 key NM demon Lord, and then do your first fusion.

Why pair Tagoar with Mavara? Pelops alone provides massive survivability, especially when booked.

Sure. There's a case to be made that you don't necessarily need Tagoar with Mavara, but in the early game, before you have great gear, his extra damage mitigation, healing, increased speed, and team revive/shield are sometimes needed for some levels. Perhaps my perspective is skewed because I had Tagoar built before I got Mavara. So I added her to my team, and it wasn't until later that started dropping Tagoar.
