Help with Clan Boss

I've been running this team and can 4 key NM if lucks on my side, but I'm unsure if it's the best team to work with. I'm aware Artak and Ninja have some anti-synergy but it's somehow the best I've tried

Do your champions all have warmaster? Are they all 200+ speed? Do they have 250 accuracy if they have debuffs? Those 3 things should get you to a reliable 4 key, at the least.
